Eucalyptus miniata Darwin Woolybutt

 

Grows from the Kimberley to Cape York, and is particularly common from Mataraka up to Darwin

 

 

Construction details:

 

Leaves and gumnuts - stitched with rayon thread

 

Stamens - polyester thread

 

Stems - nickel-chromium wire, wrapped with rayon thread

 

All hand dyed with fibre-reactive and disperse dyes

 

 

Length 30cm approximately
